A complete gem! I have never been able to find good gluten free and vegan croissants, but alas I found them at Cortese Café. I ended up coming twice a day: in the morning for breakfast and in the afternoon for vegan and gluten free gelato (with cone!). The staff is really kind and the prices are very correct. Thank you for making my stay in Florence so sweet!
