We had an amazing experience at Cosme. The service was incredible (shout out to our waitress Alejandra!). The whole team was attentive and hospitable. The summer squash dish was so delicious as was the huitlacoche tamal, but what really sealed the deal for us was the Dover Sole Al pastor. I’ve never had anything like it. Also, as a gluten free person I was so pleased that I was able to eat just about everything offered on the menu. Like others have said, the dining space is very loud, but we went later in the evening and once people cleared out it got better. Definitely worth experiencing!
