Cosmo's Pizza

Gluten free was good.

I have never written a restaurant review in my life but felt compelled. The manager Shane was incredibly rude and immature. They messed up the pizza and sent a regular instead of gluten free. When we called to have it fixed we were transferred to Shane. I am appalled by the way he spoke, and said I wanted to provide some "feedback" that his attitude and the way he was talking was not great customer service. "I don't care about providing you customer service, do you want your pizza or not." He ended up mocking me and imitating me before hanging up the phone. I am appalled someone like this is in a management position. I've gone to Cosmos for years in Boulder and Denver, which we pointed out. DO BETTER. This is not the service you should be providing to people trying to support you in general or COVID. FIRE SHANE. Truly disgusted.
