Cosmo burger is a ghost kitchen/walk up window, located inside Dodson Bar. They have a gluten-free bun, a dedicated gluten-free fryer, delicious sweet potato tater tots and simple, delicious smash burgers. Today, I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra house made pickles. The pickles are just delicious. More importantly, there was a pickle on every inch of EACH burger patty. Two pickle layers on every bite. My god. Chef’s kiss. It was a perfect burger. Highly recommend.

Meh. It's basically a bar with a grill that throws out smash burgers and deep fried food. They are not gluten-free friendly as advertised just gluten-free buns that " they were out of" they fry everything and cook everything together
