Such an unprofessional environment. The employees are constantly gossiping about other employees in front of guests and clearly don't care at all about the work they're doing. They have gluten-free options, but they are so careless and uninformed. I ended up throwing my son's quesadilla away and cooked him food at home. I am certain that he would have gotten sick if he ate it.

This Costa Vida is always very clean. The staff takes gluten allergies seriously. Washes hands, switches gloves, and it makes the whole process great! Definitely recommend the South Jordan location!!

Costa Vida is very gluten free friendly. They change their gloves. I also have to eat dairy free. The only meat that is GF and DF is chicken and no rice.
