The food at Costa Vida is excellent! I could eat there every day. The enchilada-style burritos are delicious!
The restaurant is counter-serve---you go up to the counter and order a custom-made meal. It will definitely fill you up.
This is a good place to go if you are worried about your cholesterol level. The food is not greasy. Also, they offer gluten-free items on the menu.
