Love Costa Vida! My husband and I are frequent diners since there is few places i can eat in Tooele County with Celiac Disease. This is one of our staples! They are so attentive and knowledgeable about dietary restrictions like celiac and being required to eat GF. They wash hands, change gloves, get my food from fresh containers to help avoid cross contamination and it's always delicious! This time we ordered Chicken Salad and a Steak Burrito bowl. Food was fresh and filling! Staff was friendly and helpful and the lobby was clean!
