Forced to have a set menu despite a number of dietary variations including vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free (different people) and were told they would look after us, in our group of 8. There were three people that were veterinarians but no vegans! The other dietary requirements were meat eaters. Great focaccia! Appalling watery pasta dish with no cheese. Our main was a plate of eight baby carrots?? Dessert was a very very very small HALF a pear poached in sugar syrup which was too sweet to eat (least favourite dessert of all time). Others at the table had a chocolate pannacotta which they described as tasty and was suitable for us, as we are vegetarians not vegans. I will never return here again! Food was appalling and massively overpriced for what we got. Went home hungry.

Not often do I give 5 stars unless a place truly impresses. The food here was excellent, delicious and meticulously prepared. The decor and service was warm and unpretentious and every morsel on our plates wiped clean. Plenty of gluten free options for an italian restaurant. What a hidden gem. Outstanding, we will be back. Highly recommend a visit. ✨️
