A Truly Wonderful Dining Experience From the moment we walked in, on the Friday evening before our Peter Kay gig, everything about our visit to Cosy Club Brindleyplace was spot on. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, the restaurant itself was spotless, spacious, and full of charm. The service was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The food? Genuinely outstanding. Every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented, far beyond what we expected. What really stood out, though, was how well they catered for my partner, who’s a refractory coeliac. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure she felt safe and comfortable. That kind of care and attention means the world. Booking was quick and easy, and we left feeling genuinely looked after. We’ll definitely be back — it’s rare to find somewhere that gets it all so right.

Amazing for gluten free ! We came for breakfast and I can honestly say it's the best gluten free breakfast I've ever had , the way they made the scrambled egg is incredible and you can tell everything was made fresh , even freshly squeezed orange juice ! Definitely come here for breakfast if you're in Birmingham!

The service industry is hard, I work in it in a different sector. What really makes the difference is not perfection but how minor issues are resolved. We went to the Cosy Club Brindley Place yesterday for a treat, I have coeliac disease and the cosy club chain always feels safe which is huge for me. There was a small mix up with the order which was noticed almost as soon as the first dish was laid down before we even had to ask and then fixed as fast as they could. We felt that the care Sophia took looking after us was absolutely brilliant. Having coeliac disease it's fairly common to feel like an imposition and we avoid eating out because of that. Yet Sophia couldn't do enough to help us feel comfortable and welcome. Thanks Cosy club we will be back and thank you Sophia - if there were more of you in the world, life would be so much more sunny.
