Absolutely delicious food found in a tiny community in a valley at the southern edge of Red Rock Canyon. Blue Diamond, NV is definitely a💎in the West. Cottonwood Station is the epitome of “build it, and they will come.” All the food is scratch made. It has a wood-fired oven, a bar, an outdoor patio, and the nicest staff you will ever encounter. Oh, if you are gluten free, you’re in for a real treat with the pizza. I’ll be thinking about my grilled cheese sandwich for a long time. The best I’ve ever had. BTW, Blue Diamond is only 30 minutes from the dazzling Strip. Well worth the travel time.

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. Doesn't taste like cauliflower or rice, doesn't crumble, and is deep-dish style! Amazing food and cozy atmosphere!
