The chicken parmigiana is an absolute showstopper. The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside and unbelievably juicy and tender on the inside. The gluten free crumb is flavorful and crunchy, and the marinara sauce and melted cheese on top are to die for. This truly is the best chicken parm I've had, gluten free or otherwise. And the Guinness? Perfection. Ice cold, with that classic creamy, rich flavor. Served in a frosty mug, it's the perfect accompaniment to the delicious pub fare. But the real surprise is the accommodation. I wasn't expecting much, being it was so well priced but the room I stayed in was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and wonderfully quiet. I slept like a baby in the cozy bed after a long day of exploring the nearby countryside of New South Wales. The Country Club Hotel is an absolute gem. With its incredible food, drinks, and lodging, it's the total package. I can't recommend it highly enough - whether you're just passing through or looking for a relaxing getaway, this place has everything you need and more. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a pint and a meal - you won't be disappointed!
