Great original restaurant with gluten free options

One of the last few honest restaurants up here in the desert. Sure, the wait can be an hour during high season but that's literally every restaurant in town. Come during off season and it's the most charming little dinner up here. Vegan and veggie options are plentiful and they even have a gluten free bread option! The owners and staff are all very kind and service is as prompt as can be based on the time of year.
