County Line Fire Pizzeria & Tapas

I'm a Celiac so it's always so nice finding places that have options and usually I just have to be OK with whatever those are. Today though I can honestly say I had one of the best gluten free pizzas I've had. We had the Thai peanut sauce one and it was so good I forgot the crust was gluten free. It was actually cooked all the way through, not burnt and not so hard it broke a tooth. The peanut sauce was the perfect blend of sweet and savory and the touch of greens on top added the extra freshness to make this not too heavy. And the chicken was not dry! My kids had the Margherita pizza with all the gluten and it looked beautiful as well. They ate the whole thing and fought over the last piece. I would say for the size of the pizza some may be concerned about price but the cost of fresh ingredients and the love they put in their pizza made the price make sense. Thanks for providing a great meal for my family while giving me the experience of not only having an option but one we'll be back for again!
