Coyote Bistro

Absolutely great company. There are many American bistros, but this one stuck in my mind. Always nice decent service and especially delicious burgers. The prices are adequate. I ordered their Hulk burger, two large pieces of good beef, cooked just right. Lots of sauce and bacon, including a large portion of crispy fries and homemade coleslaw. Dip for fries is also included in the price. For me, a much better and more stylish establishment than the sleazy downtown Chicago. I was very pleased that it also offers gluten-free bread, which is a full-fledged substitute for a classic bun. I recommend the business to all my friends who like honest and fresh burgers. It's a shame that the company is a bit pushed back. A stylish environment tuned to the 60s of America. Definitely worth a visit. Thank you ❤️

High-quality food, option of gluten-free soup, excellent homemade fries made from pure potatoes, relaxed service, I have nothing to complain about.
