Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I love the fact they have some gluten-free items on the menu, but I was sad to see that catfish has temporarily disappeared from the menu. According to the waiter, the company is looking for a new supplier and plan to bring it back as an offering, but when you only have a handful of GF hot dishes, it was hard that the one I’d really wanted wasn’t available. The trout wasn’t bad however. Better with a squeeze of lemon but ok on its own. The store, however, is always fun to poke through!

While my family loves Cracker Barrel, and I admit l, I do too if I can, it is very hard to ear there if your celiac sensitive. Gluten free and country cooking don't go together. Lol. I hate eating salads all the time and eggs get boring. But I got through, especially since mimosas were on menu! BONUS! Anyways, I still love the nostalgia and despite being g slammed, the entire crew was great.
