In and out with no issues. They even gave us an option to have gluten-free. I just wish it was a smaller size menu for that. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating to us and we thanked her very much. Our card couldn't work at the register to give her some change so we went and got some. Only because we didn't trust that they would tip her the amount she well deserved.

The food is delicious, but this place needs a serious makeover in customer service. While the employees are friendly and appear to be hardworking, there is a management issue. We stopped in for dessert around 9:30 PM (they are open until 11 PM). We got our coffee and placed our order. One of our group was gluten-free and asked for just a dish of ice cream, to which the waitress said they couldn't serve it as a dessert because it wasn't on the menu. Mind you, they serve it with their peach cobbler, so why can't they serve it a la carte, right?? She checked with the manager, who cleared it. We waited a long time for our desserts, but they finally came. Then we asked for a refill on the coffee to which the waitress replied that they dump all their coffee after 10:00 PM and don't make any new pots, remember, they are open until 11. We were very disappointed. Who doesn't like a warm-up on their coffee, which was never offered, and why would you dump coffee a full hour before closing?? We expressed our disappointment to the waitress who said, "Sorry, it is restaurant policy." Not a good policy at all. This place has always had the slowest service of any restaurant that we've ever been to, which is why we hardly go. If their service were better we would go more often because the food is generally very good. Then we did some browsing in the store only to find that some of their food products on the shelf were expired by a full year before. How does that happen?? No oversight!! It's time for a management change.
