Alex was a fantastic server and sensitive to the fact that I needed to eat gluten-free. I would recommend that the owners add some things to dampen the noise. It is crazy loud in this restaurant when they're busy. We were almost yelling to our friends across from us at the same table. Everything else was great!

One of the best customer service I've had in months. Vanessa V. Was super attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about all the gluten-free items that were confirmed safe. She did even indicate the questionable items that may have cross-contamination with gluten. The food overall was good (the sides were better than than main meal, to be honest.) If you are looking an East Texas-style sausages, this is not the place. It was honestly quite dry and didn't have much flavor or seasonings. I would though suggest the pastrami. The brisket is ok, doesn't have enough smoke flavor. For BBQ, it does a good job for the Orange County area.
