One of the best customer service I've had in months. Vanessa V. Was super attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about all the gluten-free items that were confirmed safe. She did even indicate the questionable items that may have cross-contamination with gluten. The food overall was good (the sides were better than than main meal, to be honest.) If you are looking an East Texas-style sausages, this is not the place. It was honestly quite dry and didn't have much flavor or seasonings. I would though suggest the pastrami. The brisket is ok, doesn't have enough smoke flavor. For BBQ, it does a good job for the Orange County area.
