Craft (Elevated casual dining)

Food was outstanding. Service was very friendly. Front of house/serving the public is not easy, so we should give them a break! They’re friendly, and we experienced fine service. Was it perfect? Close! We went during their soft opening, and it was busy. They did a good job, and we are going back regularly. For anyone complaining about the sizes of the portions, it’s not an all you can eat buffet. Do those exist outside of Vegas? There’s a lot of care and technique that goes into making the food you get here. Their menu covers vegetarians, meat or seafood lovers, the gluten-free, and more. Traditional tacos (authentic) are small; small like a 4” round tortilla small. If you want bigger tacos, order a variety and share! This is the kind of place that allows you to try new things because the price point is great. We ordered the rajas, chicken waffle taco, corn (off the cob), arugula salad (amazing!), kids taco, rice, totopos and salsa, and a side of beans. I tend to graze, so take home boxes are always a must, as it’ll get eaten later that evening or for breakfast the next day. Craft is such a welcome addition to our area, and I will be ordering rajas every time I go!
