Stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant on our way to the hot springs at the Sand Dunes. Menu is FILLED with gluten free, dairy free and vegan dishes. I had the butternut squash with quinoa and pomegranate special; GF, DF and vegan! My husband had the polenta with extra crispy bacon on top. Decent beer list and lots of fun cocktails like Rosemary's Baby and Tequila Mockingbird. They had posters for open mic nights, trivia nights and special events. We will definitely be back!

I love this place. I pass through Walsenberg often, and it's my new favorite stop. Firstly, if you are celiac, the menu has many GF options. The menu caters to vegans and carnivores, alike. The most important thing? It's all REALLY good! Also, they brew their own beer and have plenty of guest beer options. Definitely stop in and meet some of the locals!

As a celiac I wasn't expecting to find any safe food around this area. I stopped in so my party could try some beers and was happy to find a cider and some delicious cocktails. Even better, most of the menu is GF and there are even vegan options. I got the blue corn polenta and it was delicious! Highly recommend stopping by if you pass through.
