Gluten-free Detroit-style pizza...I bought it for my wife since she does the gluten-free thing. I did eat a piece of it since...well...I was hungry and was ready for a cheat meal (I usually am on a Keto diet).
If I had not known this was a GF crust, I would have no idea and that is the best compliment it can receive. No weird cauliflower or cardboard flavor or texture. It was a good, thick crust pizza.
It comes with 4 slices and I figure most people will be happy with just one slice at a time and be plenty full. She gets the remaining pieces for supper later.
