Crazy Daisies Flowers & Garden Cafe

Visited the cafe. Food was so good and the atmosphere is very nice!!! If you are gluten free or dairy free there are so many delicious options. However parents young kids be warned - this is NOT a family friendly place. That's ok, not ever place has to cater to kids- but you should be aware and maybe they should let people know that on their website. No kids menu, again that's fine. But the yogurt parfait I ordered for my 3 year old came out in a GLASS CUP. So that was fun and stressful to deal with while trying to eat myself. Wait staff didn't even try to assist or offer an alternative. To be fair they seemed understaffed. Plus the tables and chairs are small and very rickety. Plus they don't offer booster seats. Trying to eat with one hand and steadying your toddler child with the other isn't the $15/ plate experience I expected. The table decorations are very fragile and I had to move them so my kids didn't accidentally knock it over as there was barely enough room on the table for plates.

This is one of my favorite places in the area - I rave about it to my of town friends. However, todays visit was not great. My mom was given a gift card and decided to treat me to lunch and some drinks. When we arrived at the counter to order, she asked the cashier if pizzas are still offered, as we are both gluten free and this is one of the main menu items we can eat. The cashier cut my mother off and smirked and said “no”, to which my mom asked “you dont offer them at all anymore?” The cashier laughed, rolled her eyes and told us “we only do pizzas on the weekend.” Honestly, just saying that from the start would have sufficed lol. My mom was really impacted by this encounter and I found it to be incredibly rude. I’ve had great experiences with the business in general, other employees, etc but will no longer recommend people come here if that is the new level of service.
