Crazy Cows Ice Cream

I went in to ask about gluten free options (celiac disease) and they were so helpful! Everyone was happy to answer all my questions, and assure me of little risk of cross contamination. I left the shop and came back later to get ice cream, and when I went to browse the flavours again, they had been kind enough to move the gluten containing flavours to their own section (which was so considerate). I sampled a few flavours, pistachio, London fog, and stracitella, and man they were delicious. Amazing taste, amazing service, 11/10 I will definitely be going back!

We would normally stop by at your shop for ice cream when we are in your area. After being spoken to rudely by an older lady at your shop when we asked her about some of your ice cream ingredients due to some allergies. She needs to work on her customer service and not to take questions personally. We are required to ask these questions due to allergies to eggs or gluten! May we make a suggestion in the future to list some of your ingredients of your ice cream if it is gluten free or not? This would help with many customers who cannot eat eggs or have gluten issues. From this day on, we will no longer continue to go here and will tell ALL our friends and families to go to another place where they have excellent customer service and are appreciated. Unfortunately, we have to give you a 1 star because Google will not let us give you no stars. Hopefully your customer service improves.

Lovely made in-house ice cream. They have a lot of options for gluten and dairy free needs. I love going here as they always have a lovely selection of ice cream and their staff are always very friendly. Samantha was very welcoming and helpful even with a busy shop
