We received a cooking experience as a Christmas gift and finally scheduled our experience in October with our brother and his girlfriend. We signed up for Thai cooking as multiple guests needed gluten free and dairy free options. They were extremely accommodating to those preferences. The instructor had 3-4 different cooking stations going at the same time and did a great job explaining how to chop things and keeping us all on track with what was next. We cooked our first meal which was with green curry with mussels (pictured) and sat down to eat then he showed us how to make the dessert and put it into the oven as we began our next dish. This was a fun experience with four people.

Took the Paella Paella class with AJ and had such a great time! It was a small class and he was able to give every group enough of his time to help out. Perfect for a date night activity. Everything we cooked was gluten free and clearly marked on their website. Very gluten free friendly! I definitely will go back again.
