Been here for lunch 3 times since they opened. The folks are extremely pleasant, and the food is even better.
Can take a few minutes to get your food, but nothing crazy (5-10 tops) and it's good to know they aren't just scooping it from a vat. I've also heard them offer customers made-to-order gluten free roux options if that matters to anyone.
