Gluten-free pancakes, and the possibility of having the dessert on a buckwheat base too!
Excellent chicken fillet pancake. (I was surprised that the onions were cooked white and not caramelized, but the result was delicious, and gave a pancake with a quite interesting all-white appearance)
Hearty and well-balanced “temptation” dessert.
