Crepes de Paris AK is one of my favorite places in girdwood! They have an amazing buckwheat option which is gluten free, and I have never had a gluten reaction from their food! I consider them one of the gluten safe restaurants. Recently I went and they were out of gluten free batter until later in the day, I came back and they had sold out! They remembered I had been there earlier and made more gluten free batter for us to enjoy an after hike crepe! This truck will always be my recommendation for gluten free eats!!

Super delicious!! And Gluten Free buckwheat option! They were super knowledgeable about gf!!! Got both a savory and sweet and both were amazing!!!
