We just had the pleasure of trying Crepology and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The ambiance is delightful, blending a cozy, rustic charm with modern touches that make it a perfect spot for any occasion. The menu is a crepe and waffle lover's dream come true. We tried “the bowl” and “fresh fruit with chocolate sauces” and was blown away by the flavor and quality. The crepe was perfectly cooked, light, and fluffy, with a generous and delicious fresh crème that left us wanting more. The balance of flavors was spot-on, and it was clear that fresh, high-quality ingredients were used, the chocolate sauces were surprisingly light and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed and providing great recommendations, they were very accommodating and created a special fruit dish when they learned that I don’t eat gluten. Their attention to detail and passion for their craft was spot on & excellent. I forgot to mention the presentation – each dish was beautifully arranged and a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. The coffee was handcrafted to perfection. Crepology exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a must-visit for anyone who loves crepes/waffles or is looking for an exceptional breakfast experience. I can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious offerings. Highly recommended!
