Complaint Regarding Food Safety Incident I visited your restaurant for dinner on Sunday night and ordered a lamb salad, which was delicious, along with a gluten-free pizza. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my order as I was initially served the wrong pizza, but the staff did rectify this promptly by bringing out the correct one. However, the next morning I woke up feeling extremely ill, and after seeking medical attention, I was diagnosed with salmonella poisoning. I am certain this was caused by the meal I had at your restaurant, as it was the only food I consumed that day. As a result, I’ve been hospitalized and remain very unwell. I am extremely disappointed by this experience, as it has caused significant distress and health issues. I trust you will investigate the matter and take the necessary steps to ensure food safety standards are strictly adhered to in the future
