Without a doubt I can say that the gluten-free pizza here is excellent, of a higher quality than other pizzerias in the area and certainly among the best in Bari, due to the variety of doughs they offer they could only make gluten-free pizza by eliminating the classic dough! The only flaw is the unclear prices (gluten free dough is indicated on the various posters and menus with increases of €1, €1.5 or €2.5).
Too bad they don't also have gluten-free pasta, we hope to taste a good killer in the near future 💪🏼
Ultimately, a highly recommended place for celiacs in the area!
