Crispelli's Bakery & Pizzeria - West Bloomfield

I have a gluten intolerance meaning I can't have food that has been cross-contaminated or mixed in with or touched by food that has gluten meaning flour unfortunately after I ate the pizza that happened to be burned around the edges completely I got very sick violently ill and had to go to the ER because of it I'm not happy about that this is the first time it has happened since I've ordered pizza from this place and considering how much they want to charge for a gluten free pizza and then it being burned and then having to be sick because of food contamination and I made it clear I have a gluten allergy to flour that's exactly why I was specifically picking a pizza that was gluten-free not because it's a life choice but because it's a medical choice. I do not think after that and how the lady management acted towards the fact that even their gift cards don't work properly through their machine and the fact that my food was cross-contaminated because I do have a serious allergy to flour and it in just a few minutes made me violently ill to Nova it was cross-contaminated because I would never feel like that if a pizza that was gluten-free was not cross-contaminated I've been here before and I've ordered gluten-free for a reason people have Celiac they can die from this I should have to go to the ER I don't want to refund I don't want anything considering this was a gift card I used to get this order I just am not coming back now because of that and how much it cost to get a pizza that is gluten free and have to worry now about it.

Loved the food, atmosphere was great and so happy they have a Gluten Free portion. I was concerned at first that there wouldn't be a gluten free menu but there is.
