I ordered a sandwich today and paid extra to sub out gluten free options. The guy working the register was great at taking the time to ensure everything in the order was gluten free. Unfortunately, when the sandwich was made the woman making it went from touching the gluten free bread to handling the regular flour coated ciabattas and immediately back to handling the gluten free bread. No glove swap, no second guessing...just cross contaminated the loaf without even caring. When I got handed the sandwich to go I was already mentally defeated from watching her carelessly contaminate my food and needed to get back to work, so I just took it and left. Ended up throwing out the entire sandwich as no one else wanted a gluten free roll in the office. Sure, the staff might have been busy with numerous orders, but the bare minimum from anyone working in food preparation should be a basic understanding of allergies/restrictions. So, essentially, I paid extra ($26) for a sandwich I couldn't even eat. That's not right. Do better.

Olivia was fantastic. The Wade made gluten-free for me was perfect and paired well with the Lazy Brad! Highly recommend!
