Crusty's Pizza

We got there early in the evening and there were a lot of children around at that hour. No problem for us, but the live music hadn't started yet and I could tell we weren't getting the "real" Crusty's vibe. Pizza was delicious. We each got our own 12-inch and took leftovers to go. Kind of heavy on the spices, in case you want to ask for a little less. My gluten-free Margherita was dreamy. Even the plain cheese was a hit! My boys really loved the specialty sodas.

This was the first time in McCall ID, and this place came recommended. We tried it, and we were not disappointed! It's a quaint little place with not many frills. But it's all about the food! The pizza might not be pretty as pizzas go, but it's the taste that counts, and the pizza delivered! The crust looks undercooked, but I tell you it was not! It was a crunchy thin crust that was perfect! It was light brown on the bottom and not burnt at all! I had the 4 little pigs with pineapple, and it was a phenomenal pizza. We sat outside, and it was a really nice evening to enjoy some great pizza! My daughter had the Formage Pizza with chicken on a gluten-free crust! She loved it! You can have any pizza on the gouten-free crust! A must try in McCall!
