Crydermans Barbecue

Line was excruciatingly long. Service from one particular person was horrible, rolled eyes when asked if there were any gluten free options .. corn tortillas? , or if potato bread had flour? , when asked for a small sample she made it clear it was an imposition , took her time and gave a small bit of fat not one piece of actual brisket. We had never been here before so we were not familiar with how to order nor the menu. The cookie was not good but realized it had smoked walnuts very strange taste.. The turkey was tender and the macaroni and slaw were good as well but potato salad was strange in texture and flavor. Price was very high for a bbq place. Wont be going here again!

We ordered 3 lbs of brisket and brought to a pool party and everyone loved it. The service was prompt and courteous, an employee took the time to talk to me and make things right. A big plus is how accommodating they are for gluten free diets.
