This is one of the best galettes that I have ever had and we ate lots of them when we were in Brittany. The lady who served us was under a lot of pressure the the complete (that is a buck wheat gluten free pancake with ham, egg and cheese) was absolutely fantastic.Great setting in a square under the great big tree and a wonderful small carafe of rose. If you arevisiting the ill town of Vence look out for this place as a wonderful lunch stop.

Excellent Galettes! Thin and a bit crispy on the edges, tasty fillings and "lagom" Nutella on the dessert Galette (that I had due to gluten intolerance). Lagom = just enough; not too little, not too much 😃
