A very nice culinary experience. I really like the idea of the crepe maker who prepares everything in front of you with disconcerting ease. The taste is there. Everything you would expect from a pancake worthy of the name with a sufficient quantity of filling not to distort the flavor of the buckwheat. Not eating gluten, I was able to opt for a sweet version of the pancake for dessert. The sweet cider was excellent. The service is discreet but efficient, done with great kindness.
