The pancakes are very good, a special mention for the ouessantine and the shot of whiskey that goes well with it, the buckwheat at the top with the buckwheat ice cream, top for those intolerant to gluten,

Buckwheat (black wheat) is gluten-free and we were able to replace the dessert pancakes with dessert pancakes. Great !
