I've been going to one of my favorite restaurants in Silver Spring, Cubanos, for close to 20 years now, and it's always a great time. The food is delicious and made with love (my go-to is the ropa vieja). There are plenty of gluten-free options on the menu.
The service is always wonderful and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Great for a date night or with a group of friends.

Definitely one of the best Cuban restaurant in the tri-city area. Food is amazing and it's a good place to go if you have friends with dietary requirements like gluten free needs. Lots on the menu that you can order as is. It's little pricey compare to the restaurants in the area but it's been here forever and food quality is why people keep coming back.
