Very disappointed with the Provo Cubby’s! The past three times I have visited I have had issues with my order. It seems as though there is a miscommunication between the register and the kitchen because the issue has been the same each time. When I have requested something be taken off a menu item ie blue cheese, sauce, and this time it was for my burger to be made gluten free, the request has been completely disregarded and I’ve had to go back up to the register and request my food be remade the way I ordered. This is unacceptable and there is no excuse to have this exact issue on three separate occasions. I used to love cubby’s but sadly will probably never be returning.
