Cubiletes Mexican Bar and Grill

We were here from out of town and looking for a place to eat dinner but needed somewhere with a gluten free menu. We didn’t make it to Cubiletes until 35 minutes until closing and weren’t sure if they would be able to seat us but they were very gracious and invited us in. We hurried to get our orders in so that the cooks could prepare our food and be done for the night. We were told to take our time and enjoy our food, there was no rush, as the majority of the staff was family and the young lady taking care of us was the daughter of the owner. The food came out quickly and was so amazingly good! The beef empanadas were delicious, and the guacamole definitely freshly made. We will definitely come back the next time we are in town but wish that this family owned restaurant was in our city in Ohio so that we could eat there all the time.
