A big thank you to CUCINA MAURO for catering my sons baptism. The food was absolutely delicious. My family and friends are still raving about the food. Everything arrived hot, fresh and delicious. Sara was a pleasure to work with she made the process easy. I ordered the following for 25 people with PLENTY PLENTY OF LEFTOVERS. Salumi Platter Caprese salad Rigatoni Bolognese GLUTEN FREE Rigatoni al forno Eggplant Parmigiana Margherita party size pizza Patate party size pizza Chicken parmigiana Porchetta – XL (15 lbs) Calamari e gamberi alla griglia Garden salad Grilled vegetables Green beans Cannolis My absolute fav was the eggplant Parmesan and the porchetta. The best I’ve had I think ever. Again thank you all so much for making my sons day special.

Mauro is truly amazing !!! He was so easy to communicate with on the phone as well as in email prior to our event. I was so impressed at how detail oriented he was and how I did not have any questions left unanswered. Our whole family was drawn to his kind persona, warmth and of course his yummy food (and there was LOTS of it) He even accommodated some family members who are gluten free and sourced out all organic ingredients as per our request.
