Aesthetically, the place is pleasant, but this is overshadowed by the mess on the living room counter. Also, I noticed that the kitchen boy was taking the cookies with his hands on the counter. There is no point in having separate tongs for salty, sweet and gluten-free products if you then manipulate the food directly with your hands. I also noticed that the chipas, which are gluten-free, were next to the cheese scones, which are not, creating a risk of cross-contamination. Another aspect to improve is the workspace of the baristas. While they were preparing packages for almond milk, it was noticeable that the area was small and too exposed to the view of customers, which affected the orderly and professional image.
