A sublime framework for a concept thought out down to the details. The kitchen is modern and sophisticated. The flavors of the dishes are really powerful and subtle at the same time, it's truly a taste journey! Very interesting restaurant for a taste experience to share as a couple or with family. We clarified our intolerance to gluten, which was perfectly respected with a tailor-made menu adapted accordingly. The only small negative point may be the really long service, more than 3 hours on site for a 10-course meal.
