Culver’s

So disappointed in the food. The bacon was not crispy .people were nice, service was fine. We were traveling and this was my first time eating at a Culver's. I'm gluten free and heard they have gf buns. The bun was great, but the burger was horrible. Fried to a crisp and so thin you could see through it. I think half of it stuck to the pan when they tried to remove it. The bacon was not fully cooked and not crisp. It doesn't make me want to try again.

Stoped on a road trip because I feel safe ordering a butterburger with gluten free bun, lemon ice, french fry’s and root beer. The Gluten free bun comes in its own sealed bag with the patty separately so you can build it yourself and the fry’s are in their own fryer. Todays visit Brody S was a sweet heart and helpful. Don’t get me wrong the service was good however the manager girl and the small elderly lady in a black sweatshirt were very rude when I asked for the BBQ that was not given to me even though it was on the receipt. As well as when I realized the burger I ordered had cheese & not burger like I requested so I asked for one with out cheeses. The elderly lady snarky asked if I ordered it that was when I said I orders a “burger meal” not a “cheese burger” she shook her head and saying you obviously didn’t order that” and the manager glared at me as she asked the cook for a patty. When things like this happen I try to be very sweet and kind asking very politely. All I wanted was a separate plain patty, keep in mind I had a gluten free bun so they did not even need to make an entire new burger.
