I went to this Culver’s with a friend. The staff was extremely friendly. As I was taking my meal to sit down, I realized I forgot to order a gluten free bun (I have Celiacs), I went to the gentleman in front and apologized and asked for a GF bun. The gentleman not only gave me a gluten free bun, but gave me new fries because they touched the glutenous bun and apologized for MY error. The customer service at this Culver’s is incredible. Highly recommend! The food speaks for itself… scrumptious!

There is no indoor dining right now, that's the only reason for the 4 stars. The service was ok and the food was amazing as always! I can't eat gluten or sugar but they reduced the price a bit for me since I got a burger without the bun. We ate outside - nice outdoor dining area!
