Was on the side of town where there was a Culvers - was given a bag of food and told that's everything and left - I unfortunately had ordered a gluten free burger and when I arrived home - which is 45 minutes away with traffic at this time my order was not in the bag. When I tried to call the line is so busy I couldn't get through to find out about at least getting the charge of the burger taken off.
