I have Celiac’s disease, which is autoimmune, and causes excruciating digestive reactions to gluten, as well as having actual allergies to wheat, rye, and barley. Darien… I hope I spelled it correct… went above and beyond, to make sure that my order was correct and prepared safely. This young man is management material!
