I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and gastroparesis, as well as having IBS. Been worried about trying takeout food. I normally cook from scratch at home. Googled gluten-free places near me. Culvers came up. I called ahead of time to ask questions. While I couldn't order fries do to possible cross contamination. They did have gluten-free bubs for their burgers. A bit pricey for je. But it was hands down the best burger ever. Thank you Culver's for thinking of mthe people who can't have gluten!!! The staff was courteous and friendly. Thus was the Shields Gratiot rd restaurant.

I'm so glad they offer a gluten free bun options so I can have a hamburger like a normal person...i do have to miss out on the fries tho (fried in same fryer as cheese curds)
