I would rate this place zero stars if I could. This is the WORST culvers I have ever been to, I used to even work at one for 3 years not long ago. I stopped here on a long drive home to get food and ordered a meal for me and my boyfriend. The problematic meal was a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun, no tomato but add cheddar cheese, and cheese curds. The lady who took our order was insanely rude to us. Then we get an order that’s not ours, so I go inside to get the correct one. The ladies in the front kept insisting that this food was our food but it was a double cheeseburger meal without our name or number on it. After running around for 10 minutes about this with 5 separate people, we get the food. I get to the car and pull off getting out the food. The cheese curds were completely missing and my sandwich was missing the cheddar cheese. The chicken was cold too. I tried calling and was given the WORST customer service ever and told that I should turn around. I told them I was truly unable to as I was stuck in standstill traffic and they hung up on me. NEVER GO HERE.
