4.5 stars: I always like going to this Culver’s, they have good food, it is always hot, and 95% of the time they get the order correct. The only thing they forget on a regular basis is my ketchup packets and extra pickles. However, if you notice their error, they correct it above and beyond. Here is an example: once they didn’t stir my concrete very much, and when I pointed it out and asked if they could stir it more, they said they couldn’t take it back into their restaurant because of hygiene rules. To make it right, they gave me a whole extra one to correct their error, when they could have just told me to get over it. The drive-through takes about 30 minutes to get through when it is peak eating time, so it is by no means fast, but it is yummy. They also offer gluten free options, so that is why we go here often.
