Hands down the worst Culver's I have ever visited. I've reviewed this location before but the response I got left me hopeful to see changes, I never anticipated that it would be changes for the worse. Work brought me back in the area of this location for the next two months and because Culver's is one of the few fast food locations to offer a gluten free option (a medical dietary restriction for me), I decided to give this location another shot. Today's service left me dumbfounded. Using the Culver's app for "Curdside" service. I ordered a ButterBurger Cheese (done with the works) value basket with a gluten-free bun, medium fries, and a Culver's Root Beer. I received... - a dried out hamburger with no cheese, a single raw onion ring and a single pickle - a cold gluten-free bun (they're supposed to be steamed) - no ketchup or mustard to go on the burger - hard, overcooked fries - a drink with no straw None of which I realized until I got back to the job. Suffice to say that was by far the most unsatisfying meal I've had in a while. Given the extreme lack of any quality control at this location, I'll not be returning.

Burgers are not a food I go after much. It's a tough one for food allergies. I was surprised to learn that this location offers a gluten free bread that is also egg and dairy free. You can eat a burger here like a normal person. The alternate bread is not bad. The fries here are dense. It's the first time I can't finish the fries. I feel like many come here for the custard treats. My Mom loved her scoop.

I'm a regular customer of Culver's who has been trying this location. The food is what keeps me coming back, but I have endless frustration with their service. I have to order gluten-free burgers because of a medical condition, and that means the burger and bun come separately. Every time I place an order (regardless of it being in store, drive through or through the app) I end up having to go back to the counter to get all the condiments for my burger because in spite of all the condiments being listed on the receipt, they're not provided. This is not a problem I have at my regular Culver's and has happened at every single visit I've made here (6 - 10 visits) over the past couple of weeks
